Skeletons and Swings

A couple of weeks ago when Jeff and I finally dusted in our bedroom, he noticed how the board in the windowsill was getting very sun damaged. After removing the board planning to sand it down and re-stain it, he found a nice surprise. Underneath the board in the insulation was the remains of a mouse. We have no idea how long it's been there, but it just makes me anxious to find a bigger/newer place even more.

On a higher note, a few days later it was decent outside, so we took Alex to the park for the first time. It ended up getting more windy and cold so we finished our picnic we packed in the car. Alex enjoyed watching the geese and ducks, but didn't like the swings. This pictures says it all! Not much else to report. We're looking forward to Alex's first birthday on March 18th. I made a wish list on Toys R Us' website of some things I think he would enjoy.
Much love to all friends and family.
